Class Life, the first TV channel dedicated to the pleasure of living, is broadcast 24 hours a day on the ADSL TV channel “Alice Home TV” and on the broadband portal “Rosso Alice” owned by Telecom Italia.

14 November

The Board of Directors approves results for the quarter. Operating revenues +5.4%. Advertising revenues + 7.4%, to 49.82 million euros. Gross operating margin rises to 6.77 million euros (+25%). Pre-tax profit rises to 1.56 million euros (+19.1%).

10 September

The Board of Directors approves the results for the first half of the year. First half operating sales rise to 55.7 million euros (55.1 million in 2006). Advertising revenues rise by 4.2% to 36.8 million euros. Ebitda rises to 4.7 million euros (+15.8%). Pre-tax profit 1.03 million euros (+24.4%).

18 July

WorldSpace Italia, a company in which Class Editori holds a 35% interest, and WorldSpace Inc. have signed an agreement with Fiat Group Automobiles for launching satellite radio services in Italy, an absolute first in the whole of Europe.

05 July

Class Editori produces the Corporate TV of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group.

The Board of Directors have called a Shareholders' Meeting on June 28 to decide on the proposals for changes to the Articles of Association.

The Board of Directors approves results for the quarter. Turnover at € 26.22 million (+1%). Gross operating margin at € 2.45 million (+17.29%). Group results before taxes at € 0.54 million (+8.45%).
