Class Editori is the leading publisher in financial news and the luxury goods and lifestyle industries. Founded in 1986 by Paolo Panerai, it has developed over the years by exploiting the opportunities offered by technology to become a multimedia group transmitting information across all communication channels.

The group's portfolio encompasses the daily newspapers MF/Milano Finanza and Italia Oggi, magazines including Capital, Class, Campus, Gentleman and Ladies & Gentleman, Lombard, Patrimoni and Global Finance, and the news agency MF-DowJonesNews, a joint venture with Dow Jones & Co.

The publishers new media operations include the digital satellite television channel, Class CNBC, (formerly Cfn/Cnbc) in partnership with NBC-Vivendi Universal, Dow Jones, General Electric and Mediaset, the digital terrestrial television channel, Class News, the new all-news channel carried by Mediaset's multiplex, and Class Life, the first television channel dedicated to life's pleasures. Class Editori's multimedia operations, besides, include technological platforms for interactive financial services on digital terrestrial television, corporate tv services for banks and businesses, radio (WorldSpace Italia, Radio Classica/Milano Finanza) and video communication facilities (Telesia Sistemi) into main Italian airports and Rome's and Milano's metro.

With it’s Web portals (www.milanofinanza.it e www.italiaoggi.it) Class Editori provide informations and (through MF Honyvem) business intelligence and business information services to companies and professionals working in the economic sector. Besides, Milano Finanza Intelligence Unit produces analysis and newsletters dedicated to traders and anlysts, whereas data and news via satellite are provided by MF Sat and by Internet trading platforms, MF Trading and MF Web.
